I'M A YOGA BEGINNER. CAN I JOIN?

Yes, the program is suitable for beginners, experienced yoga students and everyone in between. Every class will include modifications for different fitness levels.

I'M A GUY. CAN I JOIN?

Yes of course. This program attracts mostly women, but I have guys joining it and experiencing equal results.

I'M RECOVERING FROM AN INJURY. CAN I JOIN?

I advise you get doctor’s clearance before joining the program. My yoga classes are very dynamic and might be not suitable for people with wrist, knee, spine or other joints injuries.

WHAT RESULTS CAN I EXPECT AFTER 8 WEEKS?

Your results are directly co-related to your commitment to the program. Student’s who closely follow every aspects of the program typically experience: * significant weight loss (past students lost up to 9kg) * glowing skin * increased energy levels * reduced stress levels * reduced cravings * better mood and increased self confidence
