I love Nika’s 12 Week Program. It’s holistic, intense and delivers results! 8 weeks into the program, I have lost 5 kg and my body is reshaping like I wouldn’t have ever thought it could in such little time.

I gave birth to a little boy 5 months ago, so I had weight to lose, but I also needed to be mindful of not being too drastic as my baby is fully breastfed. Nika helped me adapt the nutritional part of the program given I breastfeed.  Even though my diet was pretty healthy, Nika shared some cool recipes I have integrated in my routine now and I have made some small but significant changes in my diet that have helped. I look forward to every yoga session as it energizes me despite lack of sleep.

On days with no classes, I have also used Nika’s videos to do some home practice and I was amazed because I never thought I’d follow yoga videos but they do work!

Nika’s very approachable, always positive and smiley and caring. Her voice is gentle and soothing (essential for a yoga teacher!) and she’s a very inspiring individual I am keen to continue following and getting to know better. I found the program to be really cost effective when comparing to other programs and I liked the concept of committing to a 12 week program.

Within two weeks of joining the program, I saw changes in my eating habits and a boost in stamina. My back pains and cravings disappeared after a month and a half of regular yoga.

I would recommend Nika’s 12 Week Yoga & Nutrition Transformation Program to anyone (even if weight loss is not your key goal) for the simple reason – it indeed transforms you. My eating habits are a lot better and I feel more energetic and positive; Nika’s yoga classes are challenging but it strengthens your body & muscles after each class.

I have tried yoga classes elsewhere but found her classes to be the most enjoyable and I learned a lot on how to get better every time.  2 months into the program and I have already lost 9kg.

Nika’s Program has taught me how to prepare healthy and nutritious meals that work for the whole family, as well as fit in excercise that energises and relaxes me.

I have been fighting the battle of the bulge almost my whole life. I’ve tried all possible diets and slimming treatments, sometimes I was happy with the results but in less than one month I would get bored and bounce back to my previous weight.

I joined Nika’s 12 Week Transformation Program not for the purpose of losing weight, but because I liked the public walk-in classes she held 3 years back.  I found her program to be easy enough to follow for a ‘light-weight’ yoga practitioner, of which I am, yet challenging enough to give me energy boost every time I went for the sessions.  I also liked her as a teacher – encouraging, sensitive and serious about yoga.

After a month and a half of the program, I noticed that my pants are looser, so I weighed myself and found that I had lost about 3 kg. This is delightfully unexpected. My food consumption does not change.

My biggest gain however is my energy level – I feel that I have more energy, and better still, I also feel a sense of well-being emotionally every time I finish her classes.

I would highly recommend this program not just for people who want to lose weight, but for also people who just want to practice yoga in general.  Join up people!

[two_thirds_last] I didn’t take up yoga until I was 46. As a person who has experienced back and neck problems since my 20s my flexibility was really poor. I always thought the yoga was just an easy exercise option which would give me limited results…boy was I wrong. I had taken up running but needed a more balanced routine so i decided to give  yoga a go. After a year of  1 to 1 sessions with Nika my body is stronger, leaner and my flexibility is getting better.

The 1-1 sessions are very cost effective as she can give me her undivided attention and i love the way that she stretches me without pushing too hard. She makes sure that i have challenges that are achievable so that I can see real differences. I have lost 10kg and love what Nika has done for my body. Yoga with Nika is a physical and mental boost on all fronts. For someone who is constantly living in a fast paced and stressed environment, Nika’s private yoga classes provide the much needed balance.

I am not an avid fan of gyms or fitness routines. However, with Nika I have always  been able to get a complete and comprehensive workout and have stuck it out for some years now. Each session with Nika leaves me rejuvenated and energized to take on the day. I am constantly challenged to try new sequences and poses which bring on renewed strength , balance and focus. Nika’s classes are never repetitive and are a joy to do.

When I first came to KL I wasn’t sure, which kind of exercise I wanted to give a try. All my life I’ve been doing all different kinds of sports but I somehow never got the right access to yoga. Of course, I had tried it before, but my yoga classes had always left me somewhat unsatisfied. So when I met Nika, I told her about my expectations and she amazingly was able to meet them by 100%.

Even though her yoga classes provided a complete and exhausting (and in my case very sweaty!) workout for the whole body, I always felt so energized afterwards that I simply couldn’t get enough. Nika teaches yoga with such a passion that makes it inevitable not to catch the “yoga-bug”.

I’ve tried yoga classes in several different countries, but I couldn’t find one that got me hooked…until I moved to Malaysia and met Nika.

Nika’s classes are a fantastic workout and a lot of fun. Nika is a brilliant teacher – she is patient and knowledgeable, and very effective at introducing slightly more challenging stretches, just when you think you’ve mastered the previous set!

After 8 weeks of classes with Nika I began to notice considerable changes in my flexibility and strength of my abs. I found my back hurt less and my performance in other sports, such as squash, improved as well! One of the best things about yoga and the routines Nika teaches is that you can do them on your own. I’ve since moved back to London but have made one big change in my life – I now incorporate yoga into my weekly routine and feel so much better for it. [/two_thirds_last]
